Official Language
The official language of the Congress is English.

Security 
Nevsehir Cappadocia is one of the few cities with a minimum amount of crime. You can walk through every part of city together with the people every time in day.

Currency 
The local currency is Turkish Lira (TL). The exchange rate is daily. Foreign currency can be exchanged at the airport, banks, hotels and exchange offices.

Invitation Letter
The Congress secretariat can provide a letter of invitation upon request. These invitation letters can only be used for purposes of attaining leaves. Guests who are to receive such invitation letters will be responsible for incurring their own registration and accommodation fees.

Banks 
Bank business hours are from Monday to Friday, 09:00-16:30. Banks are closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. All banks have similar exchange rates.

Postal Services
Perissia Hotel provide basic postal services. Post Offices are open daily accept Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Restaurant
It is possible to find various kinds of Turkish cuisine in Cappadocia.

Shopping
Most shops in Cappadocia are generally open from 09:00-19:00 Monday to Saturday. Some of the supermarkets, shops, newspaper kiosks, restaurants and food shops are also open on Sunday

Transportatıon
Major Turkish airline companies have flights several times a day both to Nevsehir (Cappadocia) and Kayseri Airports. There are also scheduled bus services from all important centers of the country to the area. The metro extension connecting the airport to town is now complete, providing access at Yenikapı.

The congress will be credited by Turkish Medical Doctor's Association Continous Medical Training Board (TTB-STE).
